| Info | I was raised in Bettendorf and graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1987. I attended the University of Iowa where I graduated in 1991 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication Studies and Psychology. I received my Juris Doctorate Degree from Marquette Law School in 1994 and returned to Bettendorf to practice law and raise my family in 1996.
I am now the managing partner of the full service, regional law firm of Gallagher, Millage & Gallagher, P.L.C. Our offices are in the heart of Bettendorf, on Middle Road. My greatest accomplishment is having the good fortune to use my profession to help others on a daily basis. My legal background and leadership skills, which I developed while volunteering in the community, will help me to lead the City of Bettendorf forward.
As a small business owner, community volunteer, and the proud father of two wonderful children, I am dedicated to helping Bettendorf reach its potential. Decades of volunteer experience in the Quad City community sharpened my leadership skills. Whether coaching a youth sports team, serving on an economic development committee, or acting as the Chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce, my vision and collaborative style have helped me to succeed.
