| Info | Kristen served as law clerk to The Honorable Richard B. Klein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. After her clerkship, she had the privilege and honor of being appointed a Deputy Attorney General, litigating civil cases on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She then entered private practice with the law firm of Kreindler & Associates, in Malvern, specializing in the representation of citizens who discovered fraud or wrong-doing and reporting it to the government.
She served as Deputy Press Secretary for the Sam Katz for Mayor Committee, where she was responsible for drafting articles, talking points and speeches for the candidate. She wrote Press Releases and Media Advisories, and managed the content for the campaign’s website and e-newsletters.
Kristen has lectured on the topic of “Women in the Political Process” at the invitation of the organization Power of Women. She serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Future Fund, the Commonwealth’s largest pro-growth state political action committee, dedicated to improving Pennsylvania’s attractiveness as a place to work and do business. Kristen is also on the Boards of the Great Valley Association, the Merion Tribute House, a Trustee of the Diamond Rock Schoolhouse and a representative on the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District Interschool Council.
She was an Executive Board Member of Katie’s Kids for the Cure, a national fund for pediatric brain tumor research, which recently became a part of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. She is now a member of the organization’s Development Committee.
Kristen was appointed to the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Hearing Board as an alternate in 2009. Currently, Kristen practices real estate, business law and civil litigation at the law firm of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC, in Wayne, Pennsylvania, located in Tredyffrin Township. She has been admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Kristen lives in Paoli with her husband, Dan, and their three children, all of whom attend Tredyffrin-Easttown schools. Her husband is a volunteer coach for several Township teams a year: Berwyn Paoli Little League, Paoli Wildcats Basketball and Conestoga Generals Football.
Kristen’s families’ roots in this Township run deep. Her parents built their home on Valley Forge Mountain in 1975 and have run a small family business in the Township for over fifteen years. There are currently 26 Kirks and Mayocks residing in six homes in Tredyffrin. Kristen’s brothers, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law are also volunteer coaches for multiple Township teams.
