Consultant to The World Bank (IBRD), The International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), Inter-American Development Bank, The United Nations Food and Agricultural Research Organization, the Mexican government, and private sector clients.
Visiting appointments at University of Oxford (England) and Ritsumeikan University (Japan) lecturing on social development policy.
Conducted research in 13 countries on economic and social development and managed applied research teams of up to 50 people.
