Resident of Berkeley Heights for 15 years. Married with 4 children ranging from pre-K to high school. B.S. Accounting from SUNY Binghamton and C.P.A.
Actively involved with several organizations in the Berkeley Heights community.
Currently the treasurer of the G.L. P.T.O. as well as the liaison for the district curriculum committee.
Also served as the Hughes P.T.O. treasurer and chaired several other P.T.O. committees’ at Hughes.
Currently a trustee for the Berkeley Heights Education Foundation and to date has been significantly involved with their various fund raising efforts.
Member of the G.L. Booster Club and have been leading the G.L. Girl’s lacrosse fund raising efforts.
Trustee and member of the Finance Council and a core member of the Strategic Planning Team for the Church of the Little Flower.
Member of the Berkeley Height’s Board of Education’s Strategic Planning Team. This team’s charge was to develop a mission statement and a five-year strategic plan for the district.
Professional experience is primarily in the area of finance and strategic planning.
Began career at Deloitte & Touche as a C.P.A. in their New York office. While at Deloitte, worked in their audit practice; M&A practice and supported the National Insurance Industry Director.
In 1995, joined Prudential Insurance as a Vice President in the Controller’s Department. While at Prudential worked in their Controller’s Group, their Corporate Strategy and Competitive Analysis Group and their Group Insurance Division where she build their planning and analysis function as well as established a business measurement and performance group.
Most recently, the President of the AIG Employee Benefit Solutions Group recruited her to build a planning and analysis function for the division.
