| Info | Mr. Beacham is a partner in the firm and Chair of the firm’s construction defect litigation. He has been a Certified Trial Attorney since 1996. His trial experience includes over fifty successful jury verdicts involving medical malpractice, dental malpractice, general liability, products liability, employment and construction. He is a court approved mediator and serves as an arbitrator in Essex and Hudson Counties.
He recently obtained summary judgment for a client in a multi-million dollar construction claim as well as a client in a multi-million dollar wrongful death medical malpractice products liability action. In another case, Mr. Beacham obtained a no cause from the jury and when the Judge granted additur, successfully won the case on Appeal.
He is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and has lectured on insurance issues including uninsured motorist, underinsured motorist, personal injury protection and verbal threshold. He was the Millburn Township Public Defender from 1998 to 2004. He is actively defending clients in construction, toxic tort, employment and general liability litigation and will be trying cases throughout New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Beacham received a Bachelors of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1985 where he was treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
