| Info | I am a lifelong resident of New Castle County. My wife Melissa and I are raising our family here so I have a very real and a very personal understanding of how important it is to serve and protect the people of this community.
Early on, I realized the need for responsible government leadership and have dedicated my entire adult life to public service.
In 1991, I got my dream job when I joined the New Castle County Police Department. I spent seven years in the Uniform Section as an officer on patrol.
In 1998, I moved into the Public Information office; becoming the spokesman for the Department.
In addition to my duties in the Department I have pursued my education. After graduation from William Penn High School, I earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Delaware Technical and Community College. I later earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University where I am now attending graduate school.
I'm also involved in several volunteer organizations including: The Police Athletic League, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, The New Castle County Community Partnership and the Colonial Education Foundation where I am a member of the board.
