Info | Elected District Two Freeholder November 2009. Frank is a member of the Greater Atlantic County Economic Development Commission, Dante Hall Theatre of the Arts, American Baker's Association, UNICO and the Columbus Day Committee Hall of Fame. He has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1985 (Associated with Actors & Artists of America/AFL CIO). Frank founded the Ducktown Revitalization Association in 1991 and served on the first Atlantic City Business Development Board, St. Michael's Development Corporation responsible for constructing Dante Hall and other Ducktown neighborhood developments. A recipient of the World of Difference Award from the Chelsea Neighborhood Association, Frank is a lifetime member of St. Michael's Church, Atlantic City, New Jersey. In 1979, Frank joined Resorts International Hotel Casino organization and served as Executive Administrator. In 1987 he purchased Formica Bros. Bakery from his father and uncles, which he continues to own and operate today in addition to owning and developing real estate. In 2007, he established a joint venture with Jack Mulloy (Ginsburg Bakery) called Baker Boys, which co-packs a variety of breads for major companies in the North East Region. Frank enlisted and served in the United States Air Force from 1972-1974. He resides in Margate, New Jersey with his wife Ruth. He is the father of four children, Donna, Rachel, Marie and Frank. He is grandfather to Vincent, Nicolas, Madison, and Matthew.
