| Info | Thomas J. “Tom” Mastrangelo is a lifelong New Jersey resident who was first elected to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in November 2010. He was selected by his colleagues as freeholder director in 2013 and again in 2014.
Professionally, Mastrangelo has more than 20 years of executive sales and leadership management experience in the information technology industry in the areas of design and delivery of technology solutions involving storage systems, networks, server platforms and support services.
A Montville resident, Freeholder Director Mastrangelo holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University, performing his international business study in England. He also has a Juris Doctor of Law from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mastrangelo and his wife, Debbie, have three children, Christopher, Michael and Brittney.
