Info | Fred Keller is a father and husband, small businessman and a community leader.
Fred Keller’s father, a Korean War Veteran, and mother ingrained in him the values of family, faith, hard work and community service.
When Fred Keller was young he spent summers at his grandmother’s cabin near the village of Weikert in Hartley Township, Union County. Fred worked as a dishwasher during high school, as well as on his stepfather’s farm.
After high school, Fred Keller started his own successful small business managing properties and serving as a general contractor. At the same time, Fred began a career with Conestoga Wood Specialties.
After 25 years at Conestoga, Fred Keller now serves as Plant Operations Manager at the company’s Beavertown facility.
In 2009 Fred completed a six year elected term as Middlecreek Township Auditor, where he served as Chairman.
Fred Keller has been married to wife Kay for nearly 25 years. They have two children, Jamie and Freddie. Fred coached his children in youth soccer, softball and baseball, as well as served as a Den leader for his son’s Cub Scout troop in Kreamer.
Fred Keller is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association. He has been a member of the First Reformed Church in Sunbury for over thirty years and serves as a Deacon in the church.
