Feinberg works part time as a consultant specializing in technical programs in the aviation industry. He said he has no plans to step down from the board during the campaign.
Prior to his work as a consultant, Feinberg spent 20 years at Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil corporations, where he functioned as Mobil's global business unit manager for aviation lubricants and fluids. He also worked as ExxonMobil's Americas' sales manager and business transition manager.

He previously worked for the Department of Defense as an aerospace engineer for the Navy.
Feinberg said that during his two years as chairman of the supervisors, he has overseen a reduction of spending by nearly 10 percent, while increasing revenues.
In addition, Feinberg led the board through internal reorganizations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies and complete important long overdue projects. This effort included the creation of new committees for economic development and budget and finance oversight with missions to increase revenues while reducing expenses.
Feinberg graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and did MBA course work at Rider College.
Feinberg he has been married for 45 years, has three children and five grandchildren.
