Info
Ray Boles, 37, is a native of Autauga County, Alabama, where his family’s roots run deep. Ray currently serves on the Prattville City Council following his election in 2007. He is the son of Ronny and Pat Boles, also of Prattville. Ray has a twin brother, Ron, who is a member of the Prattville Police Department. His sister, Donna Boles Finch, is a teacher at Prattville Junior High School. Ray is married to the former Angie Hilyer. Ray and Angie have three daughters, Morgan, Emma Ruth, and Saylor.

Ray attended Autauga County public schools, and he graduated from Prattville High School in 1991. He also attended Troy University Montgomery. Throughout high school and college, Ray worked at Winn-Dixie where he learned the value of hard work and self-responsibility.

Ray owns a small business selling carpet and flooring. Through his experience in business, he understands what it takes to create jobs and the negative impact that government interference can have on our economy.

Ray is a Christian whose faith and family shape his core values. Ray spent time in Uganda, Africa, for five months in the summer of 1995 doing missionary work for the Baptist Church. The following summer he went to the Chuuk Islands in the South Pacific, performing missionary work there as well. Ray and his family have been charter members of Heritage Baptist Church since 1986, where he presently teaches the Young Couples Sunday School Class.

Ray is an avid hunter who is a member of the National Rifle Association.
