Info | Bob O'Donnell is the former Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the author of the first charter school bill introduced in Pennsylvania. He was an influential force for educational reform during his twenty-year tenure in the House and now serves as legal counsel for 20 charter schools in Pennsylvania.
Mr. O'Donnell is a graduate of Temple University and its law school and has taught at every level from pre-school through graduate and professional school, including lecturing at the University of Pennsylvania, Widener University Law School, and Temple University School of Business.
Mr. O'Donnell has also served as President of the Electoral College of Pennsylvania, a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh and a member of various public boards and commissions, including the Pennsylvania 2000 Board, the Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
