The oldest of four children, Fred was born to John and Nancy Cullis in Plainfield, New Jersey. He graduated from Rider College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Marketing. Fred was married on Memorial Day Weekend, 2009, to wife, Barbara Ann Cullis. Their family consists of two daughters, one son, and a bevy of pets.
