| Info | Will Nance has an MBA and years of on-the-ground business experience. Will manages a staff of over 1,000 employees at Greenspring and understands how to balance a budget, provide quality services, drive for efficiencies, and create accountability. He understands that the private sector – not government – creates jobs. Will believes we need more business experience in Richmond and less lawyers and career politicians.
Will has lived in Northern Virginia for 19 years along with his wife, Penny, and their 2 children. Will and Penny have a long history of involvement in national and local organizations working to strengthen our inner cities, promote leadership development, protect seniors, and foster adoption.
Will’s experience includes working in the George HW Bush administration, Prison Fellowship Ministries and his current position as Executive Director of the Greenspring retirement community.
