| Info | Felicidad Ogumoro was elected to the board in February 1992 and served until April 2001. She was re-elected to the board in May 2004. Ms. Ogumoro earned a bachelors degree in Sociology and currently serves as the Coordinator for the Parent Education Program administred by the Division of Youth Services. She previously served as the Deputy Executive Director of Catholic Social Services, the President of the Pacific Information Bank, and Principal of the Sister Remedios Early Development Program. Ms. Ogumoro was elected to the CNMI House of Representatives in the First and Second Legislatures and served as a delegate to the Second Constitutional Convention. She is active in a wide variety of community activities and is or has been on the board of the Northern Marianas Academy, the Commonwealth Zoning Board, the Board of Education and the Saipan Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Ogumoro has received numerous awards including inclusion in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, Outstanding Woman of America Award, and Mount Carmel's Most Distinguished Graduate Award in 2003.
