| Info | Peck has a long history serving Houstonians. She was the Chief of Staff for the previous District A council member and previously worked on the state level of government as a District Director. Prior to that, Peck briefly taught high school geometry. While getting her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Houston, Peck counseled at the VA Hospital in Houston where she assisted returning veterans and Vietnam veterans who suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
In addition to the master’s degree, Peck also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Government from the University of Texas-Austin. Peck has the educational background and hands-on experience to help the community and is a life-long Houstonian dedicated to serving those around her.
Council Member Peck has two daughters, Abigail and Annabelle, and a dog, Charlie.
