Biography: Elected Freeholder-at-Large in November 2005. Alisa Cooper was born and raised in Atlantic County. She is a graduate of Atlantic City High School and the University of Maryland from which she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. Miss Cooper is the owner of "Alisa Cooper Orchestras", a music and entertainment agency and has appeared and performed in all of the Atlantic City casinos. Alisa is also a music educator in the Egg Harbor Township School District. She is a member of the N.J.E.A., Atlantic City Musicians Association #661-708, and many other civic, professional and religious organizations. She is a member of Congregation Beth Israel in Northfield, NJ. Throughout her career as an entertainer and educator, she has been the recipient of numerous awards for her charitable activities as she has generously volunteered her time, her energy and talents for many causes and organizations throughout South Jersey. She resides in Linwood, with her husband Doug Little, and their son, David Cooper Little.
