Mr. Bricmont is an Associate with the Pittsburgh firm of Caroselli Beachler McTiernan & Conboy, LLC. He received his B.A. in 1987 from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. cum laude, in 1990 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Bricmont is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. A significant portion of his practice is in the appellate courts. He has appeared (as counsel or amicus curiae) in numerous published decisions of the Commonwealth and Supreme Court with respect to workers’ compensation matters.
