InfoByron Berry is President and Founding Manager of Phoenix Homes, LLC, a development company founded in 2006 and dedicated to rebuilding and revitalizing Montgomery's city center. Phoenix Homes has been building high-quality lofts, town homes and mixed-use facilities in downtown areas of Montgomery for three years, bringing vitality and life into what is becoming an increasingly vibrant city center.

As a developer, Byron is committed to excellence in the quality of his projects, and attention to detail is a defining characteristic of his work.

Byron is passionate about people, and that passion translates not only into his trade, but very much into his lifes work. Byron is an ordained Minister and Associate Pastor at citychurch, a church that recently purchased a downtown building in which to hold weekly services.

Byrons interests include studying new urban design, sustainable mixed-use development and affordable housing; working with new people and listening to their stories; and of course, Biscuits Baseball.

Byron is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, where he attended Birmingham-Southern College, receiving a B.F.A. in Photography and Sculpture. He is active in the community and currently serves on the Landmarks Foundation Executive Committee.
