InfoA native of Blezard Valley, Gerry Labelle has a long record of business leadership and volunteer work in Sudbury and throughout the Nickel Belt.

He is seeking election as Sudbury’s next Ontario PC MPP in order to help reverse Ontario’s slide into ‘have not’ status and ensure that families and small businesses in all of Northern Ontario receive their fair share and can contribute to Ontario’s future success.

A graduate of Laurentian University’s École Normale de Sudbury, Gerry has worked as a teacher including and most recently as an instructor at Cambrian College. He is also a successful small business owner and currently runs the Angelis Group which provides project management, training, and workshops for local businesses seeking to grow and succeed.

Gerry believes that we all have a responsibility to give back to the community that has given so much to us. Gerry has worked with the founder of the local United Way Leadership Development Training Program and remains active in the community as chair of the Northridge Credit Union and the member of the Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury. He also worked to help young people in need as a member of the Children’s Mental Health Association.

Gerry has been married to his beautiful wife Mercedez for over 30 years. When not caring for their two pet pigs, Gerry enjoys hobbies including fly-fishing, gardening, carpentry, and furniture making.
