InfoBorn in 1976 and raised in Northern Illinois Clint attended school in the Harlem School District and graduated from Rockford Lutheran Jr & Sr High School. Clint was very active in sports and civic causes even receiving the Good Citizenship award his graduating year at Lutheran. Clint went on to study at Rock Valley College and Rockford College majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics.

While studying general education at Rock Valley College Clint was President of the Rock Valley College Kiwanis helping with community events such as Pancake Day, Brat Day and Special Olympics. At Rockford College Clint continued to be active in sports and was also elected to multiple offices while serving on the Rockford College Student Government. He served as Senator, Vice-President of Educational Affairs and President.

Clint met his wife Annetta at Rockford College and they married in 1999. They have one son Wade who is now three years old.

Clint has been active in government affairs from childhood attending events, working on several campaigns, and being active in his community. He became a Deputy Registrar and an Election Judge for Winnebago County; he has worked with both Republicans and Democrats serving as an elected Precinct Committeeman for both parties.

Clint was first elected to the Loves Park City Council in 2001 as a Non-Partisan candidate and continues to serve Loves Park winning re-election in 2005 and 2009. As Alderman for Loves Park it has given Clint the opportunity to strengthen our area, work with other regional leaders, serve on numerous boards, and work to solve regional issues.
