Dyer to the Sixty-third Congress and served from June 19, 1914, to March 3, 1915; unsuccessful candidate for reelection; served as Government labor conciliator from March 31 to May 31, 1916, and from July 1 to October 2, 1916; died in St. Louis, Mo., November 1, 1918; interment in Calvary Cemetery.
