| Info | Richard J. Darwin (PhD '74) retired from Battelle Memorial Institute in May 2000 after 22 years of service. Battelle is the largest independent research and development company in the country. While at Battelle he was manager of business development for the Information Systems Group. During the last five years of his employment with Battelle he was responsible for the creation of two start-up companies, CyberMark and Global Transaction Company. In his retirement, Darwin is taking courses in Architecture at Ohio State and Columbus State Community College.
