| Info | Sid Frere, 67, is a retired elementary school principal and teacher who has lived in West Lincoln for his entire life. He has a teaching certificate from the Hamilton Teachers College, a B.A. from University of Waterloo, a Masters of Education (Administration) from Brock University, and several other educational related certificates.
