"I was born and raised in Pascagoula where my mom worked as a bank teller and my dad was a pipefitter at Ingalls. After graduating from Pascagoula High School, I earned a BBA and a law degree from the University of Mississippi. Upon finishing school, I returned home to practice at Dogan, Wilkinson, Kinard, Smith & Edwards, a defense firm in Pascagoula.
I’m active in Rotary, Kiwanis, the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society."
