| Info | He was born July 14, 1913, in Chicago, the son of Cyrus and Ella Jensen Kitching . He married Constance Irwin in 1942. Mr. Kitching was a graduate student in economics at St. Louis University from 1960-1973 and at Stanford University from 1951-1953. He retired as a professor of economics from the City Colleges of Chicago in 1978. He was a member of the Royal Economics Society. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II.
