Killion began his service in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on June 30, 2003, when he was sworn in to fill the seat of former Speaker of the House Matthew Ryan.
Before his election, Killion was vice president of InR Advisors Inc., a pension and group benefits firm, and remains a partner with the firm. He is the former chairman of the Delaware County Council where he served from 1992 through 2000, and has served as U.S. Rep. Curt Weldon’s campaign chairman from 1990 to 2003. His work in government began more than 20 years ago when he worked as a fraud investigator for the state treasurer.
