| Info | Capt. William Albert "Bill" Caster
William A. "Bill" Caster is President of CASCOTT Sports, Inc. and Vice-President of Caster/Sports, Inc. He was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and attended the Coast Guard Academy and graduated with a BS in Engineering in 1963; graduated from the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia; attended the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and received a MS in Oceanography in 1969; attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, and received a Masters in Business Administration in 1976 and a Masters in Public Administration in 1984. He retired from the U. S. Coast Guard in 1990 after twenty-seven years of commissioned service with the rank of Captain.
