InfoDiane Morgan is a 35 year Montgomery County resident who resides in Ambler, PA with her husband, David.

Diane has had a long and successful business career. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelors and masters degree in Speech Pathology. Upon graduation, Diane started providing remedial services to children in both public and parochial schools. After the birth of her two daughters, Jennifer and Helene, Diane moved into geriatric care where she became a department head at a local rehabilitation center. In 1981, Diane recognized that a need wasn’t being met and took her expertise to the next level by forming DM&A Rehabilitation Services—a company that provided Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Audiology services to senior care facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As the business grew, so did Diane’s need to manage the business side of DM&A—no small feat due to governmental guidelines and regulations, legal and accounting constraints, employee salary and benefits matters. She also spent time on financing, collections, and reviewing cost reports for Medicare accountability. Finally, she expanded her knowledge in mergers and acquisitions when she spearheaded negotiations during the sale of DM&A.

Today, Diane and David own and operate DM&A Senior Advocates—a company that specializes in addressing the needs of the infirm elderly and advises their families on methods of care, as well as residential and financial matters.

In addition to her business activities, Diane is an active grandmother of four boys that live and go to school in Montgomery County. Diane is also active in the community and is a member of the Community Advisory Group and liaison with the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the Bo-Rit asbestos site in Amber, PA. The group’s goal is to have the 150,000 cubic foot asbestos pile (the largest in the United States) qualify for Superfund status so this site can be remediated to protect Montgomery County residents from exposure to this hazardous waste.
