Info | Chad was born and raised in Moncton. From Sunny Brae School, Chad went on to graduate from Moncton High School and study at the Université de Moncton. In 1994, he moved to Toronto to attend Centennial College where he earned diplomas in Corporate Communications and Marketing.
Fluently bilingual, Chad has taken on leadership roles throughout his life, including President of the Ontario College Student Alliance, National Student Representative with the Association of Canadian Community Colleges and Member of the National Advisory Group on Student Financial Assistance.
He also worked as a Marketing Officer with the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization in Bangkok, Thailand and attended prepatory meetings for the United Nations World Conference on Higher Education in 1998. It is this commitment to and understanding of the issues facing students that Chad seeks to bring to the constituents of Moncton East and the Université de Moncton.
After a successful career in senior management with national firms such as Hudson's Bay Company and Spring Air Canada, Chad returned to New Brunswick in 2005.
While studying at the University of New Brunswick, Chad began working with the Progressive Conservative government. He believes in the principles of the Party and the need to continue to build on the commitment and work of the Progressive Conservatives in Moncton East and the entire province.
Chad has been involved with many hockey programs over the years as a player, coach and volunteer including Lewisville Minor Hockey, the Moncton High School Hockey Classic and the Moncton Jr. Beavers.
Chad is interested in many issues including accessible post-secondary education, improving opportunities for people with disabilities and small business development.
Chad lives in Moncton East with his partner, Nadine Chiasson, a physiotherapist
