| Info | For the past five years Gruszynski has been the Director of the Rural Leadership and Community Development Program at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. Prior positions include Wisconsin Public Affairs Director for the US Department of Agriculture Rural Development and 71st District Representative to the Wisconsin Assembly (1985-1995). While in the legislature Gruszynski was cited by numerous state and civic organizations for his dedication and service to the people of Wisconsin. Prior work experiences include farming, building trades, and public and private sector organizational management
Gruszynski serves on the Board of Directors of: Common Cause, the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters, the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters, and 1000 Friends of Wisconsin. He is also a former member of the Isaac Walton League. In addition, Gruszynski has served on a number of volunteer boards for community organizations.
He has four adult children and five grandchildren.
