| Info | Judge White has served in all three branches of government. A native of St. Louis, he graduated from St. Louis Community College, St. Louis University, and the University of Missouri School of Law, Kansas City. Judge White worked as a public defender in St. Louis then entered private practice as a partner in the law firm of Cahill, White & Hemphill. Judge White was elected to serve three terms as a state representative in the Missouri legislature and was appointed city counselor for St. Louis city in 1993. The governor appointed Judge White to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District in 1994 and to the Supreme Court in 1995.
