| Info | Kevin Easterling, a native of the Lehigh Valley is employed by Communities In Schools of the Lehigh Valley, where he has served as the Director of Advancement since May of 2005.
Prior to his employment at (CIS), he served as the Fundraising & Marketing Coordinator for the community development & affordable housing agency the Alliance For Building Communities (ABC) from February 2001-May 2005.
A Nationally Certified Boys & Girls Club Professional, he was employed at the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown (1990-2000) were his 10 year tenure included positions as Educational Director, Unit Director and Resource Development Director.
Kevin served as a member of the Allentown Liberty Bell Rotary Club from February 1996- 2006 and in 1994 he founded the Black Heritage Association of the Lehigh Valley Inc, a 501 ©3 non profit Cultural Arts & Community Development organization, responsible for organizing the annual Black Heritage Day Festival & Basketball Tournament (94-2000) and the Valania Park Youth Basketball Program held in Valania Park in Downtown Allentown. (2000-2005)
He is the president of ‘MNET of PA’ an information & marketing service company that provides Internet and e-Mail Marketing services for various local and regional organizations and small businesses.
He is a member of the Eastern PA Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and has been a non-profit fundraising professional for the last 7 years.
He has served as a member of the Allentown Recreation Commission Since 2002 and was the vice chair of Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski's Parks & Recreation Transitions Team.
Kevin is a Board member of the Lehigh County Work Force Investment Board and the Coalition for Appropriate Transportation.
He is a member of the Fountain Hill Democratic Association and is the Democratic Committeeman for Ward 19-II on Allentown’s South Side where he resides with his son Devin.
