InfoGlen was born on July 31, 1946 and raised in Cupar, Sask. Following the completion of his grade 12, Glen attended the University of Sask where he received his Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Economics. Glen has served on a variety of organizations for his community including former councillor for the R.M. of Cupar, former member of District ADD Board, and former Board member for the local co-op. Glen is also the past president of Cupar Minor Hockey.

Glen was elected on September 16, 1999. He is currently Vice-Chair of the Private Members’ Bills Committee. Previously he has been a member of the Standing Committee on the Economy and Public Accounts. Glen is the Critic for Environment and Office of Energy Conservation, and the Deputy Critic for Labour.

Glen and his wife Marlene have four children and six grandchildren.
