| Info | Les Hendrix is a native of Wilmington, Delaware, and has lived here most of his life. He has resided in the Triangle Neighborhood since 1997, and prior to that in Cool Springs and the old Ninth Ward. Lester is the father of two boys, aged 7 and 5. He is a graduate of Christ Our King School and Salesianum School.
Les earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware in 1990. He joined the Bank of Delaware as a vault clerk in 1990, and has worked his way up to Vice President of PNC Bank, Delaware. Les was also employed at JP Morgan, where he was a bank officer and operations manager, overseeing 25 billion dollars in daily transactions. He previously held positions at PFPC Trust Company, where he was an assistant manager, and at American Guaranty & Trust.
Previously, Les was a radio personality and general manager at WXDR-FM. He has served on the board of directors for Performing Arts for Children of Delaware and Greenbank Mills. He was also the treasurer of the Triangle Neighborhood Association. Les is currently a volunteer driver with Meals On Wheels.
