Resumed the practice of law in St. Anthony, Idaho; engaged in banking at St. Anthony and Boise, Idaho, 1912-1921; served as major and lieutenant colonel, Judge Advocate General’s Department, during the First World War; reengaged in the practice of law at Portland, Oreg., until 1943, when he retired and moved to Los Angeles, Calif.; died in Phoenix, Ariz., December 22, 1950; interment in Greenwood Memorial Park.
