Info | Jeremy Sherer is the devoted husband to Christina (“Christy”) Ross, and father to Ryland Olivia Sherer (twenty-one months) and Finn Alexander Sherer (two months). Together, they live in Oneonta in Blount County, Alabama.
Jeremy is an attorney with the nationally recognized, Birmingham based law firm, Whatley Drake & Kallas, LLC. Jeremy’s legal experience is primarily focused in protecting the rights workers and consumers.
Prior to joining Whatley Drake & Kallas, LLC., Jeremy served as the District Policy Advisor and District Communication Director to Congressman Artur Davis (AL-07).
As an undergraduate, Jeremy earned a dual major in Political Science and History at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. Jeremy also earned his juris doctorate from the highly competitive School of Law at the University of Alabama.
Currently, Jeremy is active with Alabama Citizens’ for Constitutional Reform, and serves on Governor Bob Riley’s Blackbelt Action Commission. Jeremy is a graduate of Leadership Blount County, and has also worked for Congressman Spencer Bachus (AL-06).
In 2006 election cycle, Jeremy was the Democratic nominee for Alabama State House District 34.
