| Info | Dave was born in 1957 and grew up in Phoenixville. He graduated from Phoenixville High School. He attended York College, in York, Pa., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Business in 1979. He married his wife, Gail, in 1983. Dave and Gail moved to Oley in 1989, and have since resided there with their two college aged sons, Matt and Bob. .
Dave has owned and operated Tri-State Funding Inc., an equipment financing company for 21 years. Since 1994, his wife Gail has owned and operated Ladyfingers Sewing Studio, which Dave helps operate, one of the leading quilting shops in the country.
Dave is as experienced in local government as they come. He is currently serving his 13th year as a township supervisor in Oley, and is the board’s chairman. He has served concurrently on Oley’s Planning Commission for 15 years.
