Bill Donnelly was first elected Montgomery County Prothonotary in 1984. During his tenure, the Montgomery County Prothonotary’s Office has been recognized as the most efficient such office in the nation.
Mr. Donnelly has served as President of the Pennsylvania Prothonotaries’ and Clerks of Courts’ Association and as Pennsylvania State Director of the Internal Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasures.
A well known resident of Horsham, Donnelly, 56, attended Temple University.
