| Info | Rep. Kate Meiners, a Democrat, represents part of Jackson County (District 46) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to the House in November 2002.
Rep. Meiners worked for The Independent Magazine for five years doing special projects.
A member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Rep. Meiners is also a member of the following organizations: Grandview Chamber of Commerce; Citizens for Good Government; and the Sierra Club. Rep.
