| Info | Dr. Ed Doherty began practicing Ophthalmology in the City’s Uptown in 1984. Through his participation in many professional and community organizations, he has contributed significantly to all aspects of life in Saint John including: the Saint John Flames, the New Brunswick Museum and the Business Community Anti Poverty Initiative.
Dr. Doherty has been inducted into the Hall of Honour at St. Francis Xavier University. He has also been recognized with the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal, The Paul Harris Fellow Award, through Rotary International and the YM-YWCA Red Triangle Award. He was listed in the 1994 edition, Who’s Who in Canada.
He has been a member of the Saint John Harbour Liberal Association since 1988.
