Political and Administrative Reform
• Guaranteeing the political and social rights of women.
• Repealing laws that permit the imprisonment of journalists.
• Electing rather then appointing the Sheik of Al-Azhar from among senior scholars.
• Combating corruption and bribery by active investigations and strict penalties.
• Promoting national unity on the basis of fraternity.
• Promoting appreciation of good governance.
• Guaranteeing the right of citizens to choose and remove their leaders.
• Guaranteeing the rule of and equality before law and equality.
• Ending judicial management of professional syndicates and permitting their members to freely elect their leadership.

• Immediately appointing a Vice-President once a President is elected.
• Demanding that a President resign any partisan posts once he/she has been elected.
• Instituting a 5 year term for the presidency, with a 2 term limit.
• Requiring that all Presidential Executive orders be signed by the Prime Minister and the relevant minister(s).
• Requiring the President to consult and seek the approval of the majority parliamentary bloc or coalition when appointing a Prime Minister.

• Including the budgets of agencies attached to the Presidency to the State Budget and authorizing the Central Accounting Agency to review said budgets.
• Allowing the impeachment of the President based upon the approval of 1/3 of the members of the People's Assembly and trying the President before the Constitutional Court in such a case.
• Promulgating a new constitution to be drafted by a new and freely elected national assembly.
• Amending the Parties Affairs Law, in particular, the composition and mandate of the Parties Committee with a view to ensuring freedom of activity for opposition parties
• Reforming the electoral system to ensure free and fair elections, in particular, by creating and empowering a completely independent judicial agency.
