Rick Berg's own words work against him to show that his plan for Medicare would cost seniors more. Berg told North Dakotans that people who are 55 over would not see a change in Medicare, which is absolutely not true. Berg's plan would raise prescription costs for North Dakota seniors immediately and replace guaranteed Medicare benefits with a voucher system for everyone else.
