I did find 1990s Texas shapefiles for the state house/senate on the American Redistricting Project website (thearp.org) and I added the TX State Senate districts.
The state house districts might be a little more of a challenge since it's 4 maps for 5 cycles, 150 districts, and figuring out which ones were the same for multiple maps.

I have a boatload of election statistics ranging from Dubin to various 19th century almanacs to various blue/red books. I'll try my best to enter as many county results as possible on these older races.

to clarify how that happened.. the Massachusetts map on this redistricting page isn't right: [Link]
so I got the map off of the RedistrictingDataHub instead. I figured something was wrong when there were Billerica results and the wrong lines didn't have any of Billerica in this district

Isn't the "Write-ins" candidate itself essentially an "Unassigned Write-ins" candidate?
Although there are quite a few races where "Others" was used for the Write-in Results which could be replaced in some situations.
"Others" was sort of a candidate not linked to as many races once we started finding full results for some races so that multiple candidates on the ballot weren't put under "Others"

That was weird. I logged in to MapBox and it said my account was deactivated. Put in the same credit card info as before and it's all fine. Just had a successful payment on July 1. Got no notices of anything. Very strange.
All the map services give you a certain number of requests for free, so I'm using Google Maps on the Edit pages to slightly reduce my cost through MapBox since there isn't enough traffic on those pages to reach the GM threshold.
