It was convoluted, but I did manage to download KMZ files from there. Did have to massage some vertices so it wouldn't look like smashed glass and simplify the files too.

Why does it show 50.55 When Murphy got 50.54.

Because the actual percentage is 50.544948%. Depends on how you round.
