Call of Convention
The Reunion and Reform Party called a convention of delegates from all states to create a new political party and endorse candidates for President and Vice President of the United States.
Convention Organization
The delegates met in Cincinnati at the same time as the Liberal Republican Party National Convention. Due to the fact that the two parties represented similar interests, the RRP only managed to adopt a platform. It did not nominate any candidates but supported the LRP nominations.
