The 10th Socialist Labor Party National Convention assembled in New York City. There were 16 delegates present from 14 states. The National Convention lasted from 5/12 to 5/14; it nominated Frank T. Johns for President. Johns died on 5/21/1928.
The national committee met on 5/22/1928 and chose Verne L. Reynolds to serve as the replacement nominee.
