| Description | Civil rights lawyer Tim Alexander today received the endorsement of the Communication Workers of America, a politically progressive union with an influential role in New Jersey politics, in his campaign against Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-Dennis).
“As a former union member, Tim Alexander will fight for CWA’s values,” CWA District 1 vice president Dennis Trainor said in a statement. “Down in D.C., he’ll support economic policies that build America’s middle-class. Tim will join us in the fight for good jobs, affordable healthcare and respect. He’ll say no to tax breaks for union-busters and yes to the U.S. Call Center Worker and Consumer Act.” |
