| Description | Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey turned up the volume on his re-election campaign on two fronts Tuesday - with a kickoff rally and the start of a series of television ads.
But with the primary just more than a month away, voters may not see any competing TV ads from opponent Dave Friend.
Campaign manager Chris Donnelly said Friend might not have enough money to do television advertising during the campaign.
