InfoSantos Limon is a lifelong Texan who embodies the West Texas values of hard work, relentless persistence and creativity that have made Texas great. With a heart as big as the 23rd Congressional District he would be honored to represent, he is rooted in this land. As a child, he moved from Fort Worth to Del Rio, alongside his siblings, tended to his family’s small businesses and graduated from Del Rio High School. These connections are as deep rooted as the Rio Grande, stretching back to the Texas his grandfather called home in Marathon.

His educational journey includes studies at Southwest Texas Junior College, the Saltillo Institute of Technology in Coahuila, Mexico (TEC de Saltillo), the George Meany Center for Labor Studies, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Santos is a civil engineer and small business owner. He began his career with the Union Pacific Railroad in systems administration and flourished into a role that today still shapes the global movement of goods and people across vast distances. But he didn’t stop there; his enterprising spirit led him to establish prosperous businesses that have kept him connected and involved in the land he loves.

His personal life is a testament to his strong family values. He shares his life with his beloved wife, Alma, and together they nurture their blended family of five children and two cherished grandchildren. Alma’s steadfast support sustains Santos’ campaign for Congress.

Beyond his professional pursuits and family life, Santos devotes himself to philanthropy and community service. He’s an active member of the Del Rio-San Felipe Lions Club, serves as a Knight of Columbus in San Antonio, and has played important roles within the Boys Scouts of America since 2002.

With a proven track record and a clear vision, Santos Limon would be honored to represent this corner of Texas which has seen him grow and given him so much. His achievements and visionary leadership in commerce and transportation position him as the candidate to drive economic progress and introduce world-class transportation choices to Central and Southwest Texas.
